Terms and Conditions
Last revised - 10/03/06
These Terms and Conditions shall supersede all earlier Terms and Conditions and set out the entire agreement between the parties relating to the goods and services. Additional provisions shall only be binding upon us where they have been accepted by us in writing. Nevertheless, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects a consumers' right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 where the buyer is a consumer under those regulations.
